The following document presents the visions, strategies, and actions developed for the St. George 2030 Downtown Plan. This document is informed by existing adopted plans and policies in St. George; the General Plan Update including responses received from over 5,000 residents through the online survey from early summer 2021; and interviews with experts and stakeholders from Downtown and the broader community that Downtown serves.
Downtown is a special place with a distinctive role in the past, present and future of St. George. This Plan provides clear, practical guidance for growth and improvements in the next 20 years.
